Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged.

• The product received is defective.

• The wrong item was delivered.

To initiate a return, contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• Clear photos/videos of the product

• Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Products without original packaging

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
